On Lido Key, Rosewood will debut its first exclusively residential property – 65 private residences that enjoy a club-like collection of amenities and services. It is a fitting chapter in Rosewood’s history, which began on an intimate scale in 1979, when a historic mansion in Dallas, Texas, was transformed into an acclaimed, world-class restaurant and hotel — The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Today, Rosewood operates 29 hotels and resorts in 17 countries.

Lillian Wu Studio, NYC
Lillian Wu Studio is a boutique, award-winning interior design studio based in New York City. Its design palette features a sophisticated, modern décor sensibility. Strategic window placement to frame the views, custom light fixtures, furnishings, and decorative objects are some of the innovative and unique touches the firm brings to its designs. Lillian Wu Studio has done the interior design for luxury Rosewood properties around the world, including in Bangkok, Myanmar, and Washington, D.C.
At Lido Key, the studio’s work includes design for the club level amenities and owner suites, as well as the signature, oceanfront Rosewood Residence. Additionally, the team has worked closely with Swedroe Architects and Ronto Group on exterior finishes and the 64 private residences, with a focus on kitchens and baths.
Design Studio Boca
Design Studio Boca is a design-oriented landscape architecture and planning firm located in Boca Raton, a coastal resort community on the Atlantic Ocean in southern Palm Beach County, Florida. Boca specializes in water-oriented resorts, hotels, high-rise condominiums, master-planned communities, and mixed-use projects. Its services include schematic design, marketing graphics, permit landscape plans, design development, hardscape construction documents, planting and irrigation design, environmental lighting and construction administration. Its projects can be found in Florida, Texas, and Louisiana as well as the southeast coastal region and the Caribbean.

DeCastro was the recipient of the Michael Saunders & Company’s Top Achievement Award each year 2017 to 2020 and was the top agent in sales volume for the company’s new homes division in 2020. Julia’s earned a reputation for integrity, dedication, and a commitment to success with HNW clients throughout the community.

Representing some of the top builders and developers located in top Golf Course and Country Club Communities throughout the area, she has expertise in selling all products from single luxury homes and villas to waterfront properties.
